Automobile / Car, Culture, Society & Partnership Awards (CSP Awards)

Since the inaugural awards were held in 2021, marking the 75th anniversary of the Automobile Business & Culture Association of Japan, the awards have been held annually.
(Up to the 4th awards, they were known as the “Automobile & Society Partnership Awards,” before being renamed.)

- Purpose

① To express gratitude—by saying “thank you”—to all those involved with automobiles, including individuals working in the automotive industry and automobile users, for their contributions to society and the automotive industry, including efforts to enhance automobile-related culture.
② To help expand similar initiatives by drawing renewed attention to each effort and increasing public awareness through recognition and awards.
- Eligibility
- Individuals working in the automotive industry, as well as automobile users, who are actively engaged—based on their daily work or activities—in one or more of the following fields:
- Initiatives that contribute to enhancing automobile-related culture
- Initiatives that help cultivate automobile enthusiasts
- Initiatives that contribute to the development of a mobility society through new ideas or problem-solving (including education, health, and welfare)
- Initiatives aimed at regional revitalization through collaboration and partnerships with local communities and governments (including disaster and emergency response)
- Initiatives by individuals working in the automotive industry or automobile users that are particularly deserving of recognition due to their outstanding on-site achievements and contributions
*The term “automobiles” includes motorcycles and similar vehicles.
